I am made this cake to surprise my husband on our 8th anniversary. Made it in 3 hours when my DH was out to play badminton. Every thing is made from scratch. I started with the cupcake base. Since I did not have prior experience with melting white chocolate I wanted to make an attempt on making this cake only if the base was a success. Luckily it turned out great.
This was our first with out little daughter, that made it even more special.
