I made this construction cake for another teacher at my school. Her son loves trucks. I iced the nut-free cake in butter cream and added fondant accents such as the road.
I used candy pebbles and some Oreo crumbs for accents. I found the toy cars at Zellers. I used the grass tip for the grass and tip 21 for the shell borders.
