This stack of shoe boxes with a Gucci shoe cake is my most requested cake! The entire cake is edible even the shoe!
Each box is a different cake flavor. The bottom box is Vanilla and chocolate, the middle box is Red Velvet with Cream cheese frosting and the top box with lid is Chocolate Mocha. Fondant is MMF and the shoe is made from Gumpaste!
This cake served 60 to 70 people and it was birthday cake for Actress Denyce Lawton.

Hi Renee…
You have to dowel the cakes, cut 1/4″ wooden dowels the height of each box and insert them into the cake…that’s how the cake can be stacked on top of one another…hope that answers your question. =)

Hi Terri,
I copied the actual Gucci Mule, I printed out a photo of the shoe and studied it. Broke it down into sections like a patterns for clothing, made a pattern out of plain paper, the sole, the sole lining and the top of shoe. Roll out gumpaste to about 1/8″ thick, use a rotary tool to cut around the pattern you’ve placed on top of the rolled gumpaste, study your own shoe to get the arch.
I love the shoe boxes and cake. Is it anyway possible to also have the shoe made in a cake flavor also. i am a chocolate lover so i would want the whole thing in chocolate.
