My niece was turning 15! And she is a newage drama queen. So, a simple cake wouldn’t do. The only thing she likes is clothing and fashion. Which nowadays, is neon colors and animal print. So, I decided to do a zebra print cake, BUT it couldn’t but just white and black since she loves neon. I went with the neon pink and did one layer inbetween and the icing was neon green (her favorite colors). After I iced it I froze it so the icing would be stiff and smooth. Then, I took a black icing, drew the stripes and filled them in. Then, I rechilled it for about 20 minutes. When I took it out I smoothed the stripes and put the HAPPY BIRTHDAY on it.
