I made this cake for my cousins high school spanish teacher. Which was a day after 5 de mayo,so she wanted a fiesta themed cake. Its a chocolate cake, and Everything is made out of home made mm fondant. I Made all the decorations on top about 1 week before so that they would dry harder.The chile peppers on the side were free handed .
