This Fairy Cake is made of two 13×9 cakes. First place one of the cakes then cut the second in half. Place it on top of the first cake. Take the other half of the second cake and cut off a corner to place the third level. I always put a little icing in between layers to keep them in place! At this point ice the entire cake.
On this cake I used four 12 ounce containers of white icing. When icing is done spray cake with cake spray in any color you like be sure to let each color of spray dry at least fifteen minutes before applying the next color. When you do the spray be sure to cover counters it does have over spray! At this time you are ready to place the fairies in any arrangement. At the base of the fairies I added simple sprinkles.
