This cake was so simple, anyone can do it! My sister and I made this cake for my sister in law’s birthday. She is currently in the dental hygeine program so it was perfect. All we did was bake a white sheet cake. When it was finished and cooled, we dumped it upside down on a cookie sheet. The first thing we did was cover the whole cake with pink butter cream frosting because that’s her favorite color, but any color of frosting can be used. We used pink star dots to outline the whole cake. After that, we took a tooth pick and drew an outline of a tooth, which we filled in with white butter cream frosting. After we had an image of a tooth, we outlined it with white star dots to give it a professional feel. The tooth brush handle was created simply with airhead belt candy. We used white butter cream frosting again to create our brissels. Forking the white frosting gave it a brissle effect. The flower in the corner was created with colored skittles. This cake was so easy and yet everyone who saw it loved it.
