I made this cake for a 7 year old little girl’s birthday. Her mom wanted Hannah Montana colors..and rock & roll designs. It was three layers of marble cake, filled with fresh bananas, strawberries & homemade custard.I frosted it with a lightly sweet whipped cream frosting.I covered it in marshmallow fondant : marshmallows,a little water, and a ton of powdered sugar.I cut out a million different designs with cookie cutters and placed them with no order, all over the top & sides. It was supposed to have a confetti look to it so some shapes are on top of the others..and so on. I finished the cake with a black ribbon. It came out fabulous..the clients looooved it!!
