What better cake to go with a Rainbow Brite doll for my daughter’s birthday? A little labor intensive, but incredibly fun to make. I used 2 boxes of standard, yellow cake mix, a double batch of butter cream frosting, and a single batch of homemade marshmallow fondant. Oh,and plenty of food coloring!
Her cake was a total hit. I hope you like it too!
