I made this cake for my son during his summer vacation. He is crazy about planes and rockets. it was 120 degrees inside in Hyderabad (Pakistan) so the icing was melting. He wont let me keep in fridge to set and took a bite off it while my husband was taking the picture.
Chocolate sheet cake ( 9 x 13 ) cut into sections and assembled to look like a shuttle. decorated with sprinkles and chocolate coins.
