Coolest Pirate Skull Cake

I made this Pirate Skull Cake for a friend’s wedding. Her husband loves pirates, so it was a grooms cake. I molded the skull out of rice crispy treats, covered it with fondant and painted it by hand with gel food coloring.

I covered the other two cakes in fondant, and painted them also, as a finishing touch. I “glued” chocolate coins on for treasure!
