Start by frosting 1/3 of the cupcake red. Frost the remainder white. Using coconut flakes spread along the edge of the white “beard” and along the straight edge “fur on hat”. I used a mimi-M&M’s for the nose & eyes and a mini marshmallow for the pom pom on the hat.
