We made this cake for my daughters baptism on August 1, 2010. The inspiration for her party was he Footprints in the Sand poem. It is a double layer 11 x 15 chocolate cake with butter cream filling and a homemade marshmallow fondant. We used chocolate mold to make the feet and brown sugar as the sand. We also made a sand dollar, star fish and shell out of the fondant…it was delish!!
