My great-niece, Avery Isabella, was having her first birthday and the theme was a Wizard of Oz Party. There was a yellow brick road for all guests to walk down when they came to the party so the cake theme was a Wizard of Oz Cake Design made of fondant and dusted with gold dust.
The rain was made of fondant and sprinkled with silver-colored sugar sprinkles. Rad poppies were made ahead of time out of royal icing. Toto stands in the poppy field by Dorothy.
