My daughter asked for a Ariel cake for her 5th birthday. So with a little encouragement from my sister-in-law, i decided to try it. Everything is store bought, frosting and cake mixes. I made the shells from chocolate molds and bought the fish to match with ariel. The sand is crushed graham crackers with a pinch or 2 of chocolate sprinkles to add a little color. This is the first cake I’ve done and am proud of it. My daughter loved it! It was not as hard as I expected. I looked at all different cake sites and found my inspiration on this site.
