This Bass Birthday Cake was to celebrate the combined birthdays of about six male family members. The party was held at the family Lake House, so it was only fitting to keep the theme with the Lake. I used “Billy the Big Mouth Bass” as my model.
The Bass was chocolate cake with Mint Chocolate Icing. Topped with fondant, painted with food coloring. The Plaque was Oreo cookies and cream and chocolate alternating layers, with Oreo icing and fondant. I, once again painted the “grain” with food coloring.
