Coolest Seahawks Football Helmet Cake

My boyfriend is the biggest Seattle Seahawks fan and as a surprise for his birthday I made him a Seattle Seahawks football helmet cake.

I researched the details of a standard football helmet and the look of the specific Seahawks one. I originally wanted a round 3D helmet cake but did not have a oven safe round pan. Execution included: printing out templates I made myself for the shape of the helmet, and the Seahawks logo. A lot of time went into the small details but it turned out just the way I wanted.

I used store bought fondant from Walmart that was plain white and colored it as needed with icing coloring (it was all I had at the time).
