I made this Race Track Birthday Cake for my friend’s son’s 8th birthday. The cake was baked by my friend (as per her son’s choice) and I did the cake decor.
It was two round cakes, of which I cut out an arc from the smaller cake and merged the bigger round cake to make it steady and look like an 8.
I made simple chocolate butter cream icing spread all around the cake, for the tracks I sprinkled ready bought chocolate sprinkles, railings with M&M and side border with Oreos.
The cake was a hit and most of all the birthday boy loved it.
