I decided that my Brother in law needed his own Baby Shower Soccer Cake because we were having the Girly stuff inside while all the men were in the garage with their beverages and poker and TV’s. So I took the Wilton complete ball pan and just used one side and used 2 8 in. pans.
The ball was a funfetti cake and the 2 8 in. were lemon cakes. I placed a layer of frosting in between the 2 lemon cakes then tinted frosting green and covered it leaving spikes in the frosting, then placed my ball on top. I then used a piping bag and the star shape and did my best to follow a soccer pattern. I then tinted the left over green darker and piped clusters of grass. I added some baby shower stuff to it.
