I made this cake for my niece Kacey’s birthday. I used a 16×2 square pan for the base and then the Wilton Fairly Odd Parents pan on top. There were a lot of colors that were made for this birthday cake.
First you outline the characters and then fill in the outside. The smaller star tip looks better for the characters. With all of the coloring and outlining, this cake takes a while but is a lot of fun to have.
