I made this Craps Table cake for my husband’s friends birthday. He had a party at his house and owns a craps table, so I thought this cake would be fitting. I used my 11×17 sheet pan for this and made it with 2 boxes white cake mix. I made a very simple butter cream icing I always use because it so tasty! I tinted most of the cake green for the table and the edges around the cake I used a tube of chocolate icing for the look of the border of the table.
I bought plastic dice to place on the top of the cake and for the letters and round chips, I made a small batch of marshmallow fondant. I rolled it out and used my premade letter cutters for the numbers and letter and I used a small round cookie cutter for the chips. For the numbers on the chips and colored rings around the chips, I used the Wilton edible markers. It was not as time consuming as I thought it would be, but one of the more detailed cakes I have made. Our friend enjoyed it and most importantly it tasted good ! Enjoy!
