I made this chocolate-covered strawberry cake for a bake sale at church. I love making these kind of cakes because they are so easy and make such a big impact. The twill cookies cover up all the imperfections. I took a 9×13 cake and cut it in half and took the two pieces and layered them. I covered the cake in vanilla icing and put the twill cookies around the sides. I used a pretty piece of ribbon and tied it around the cake to help keep the cookies in place. I put strawberries on the top and drizzles white chocolate over the top.
This cake was the talk of the bake sale and it was so easy to make!
