My grandson asked me to make a zombie cake for his 12th birthday. I am an amateur baker, but decided I would take the challenge. I love watching Cake Boss as well as other cake shows.
I searched the internet for ideas and recipes, lots of research. I made three cakes, two 1/4 sheets and a 9 inch round. I made a chocolate cake and a white cake so we would have a variety. I also made fresh strawberry filling as well as MMF.
After many hours here is what I came up with. I was pleasantly surprised at how it came out. Everyone loved the cake and could not believe, including myself I had made it.
