I made this Minion birthday cake for my daughter’s 8th birthday. It was simple and very cute.
I made it using a rectangle pyrex glass plate. I cut the edges to make them a little round then I used food coloring for the frosting. For the eyes I used round cookies. I actually frosted them and stuck in the freezer, it make it easier to decorate. I guess you can use any white cookie, all I had was girl scouts thin mints.
I really enjoyed the look in my daughter’s face when she saw it. Now they actually believe I can make any theme cake.
