I made this Jordan shoe birthday cake for a boy who is obsessed with Jordan shoes, and this was his fave. It was all white cake with BC frosting and fondant. I was pretty nervous just starting on this cake, not knowing much about the shoe and not having views of all sides. He was very pleased with his shoe cake.
