This is my graduation cake made it for my friend’s boyfriend on his graduation day. The cake is a chocolate cake and that was the most easiest part of the cake. The icing is just a butter cream icing with an almond taste. The stars on the cake are from fondant.
The top of the cake is cut out from a cake board and decorated with fondant. My friend wanted to cut the cake at home already but I told her to take it to the graduation presentation so that everyone could see the cake. After the presentation she presented the cake and everyone loved it and they also enjoyed the cake.
