This Kitten Tails Cake is my first officially made cake for my Mum for Mother’s Day last year. It is just a regular Victoria sponge cake mix with buttercream and jam filling with pre-rolled icing.
I also made the cats, bowls full of chicken (which is their favorite) and the scratching post out of icing. The cats are modeled on my Mums own cats. From left to right Minstrel, Rosie, Chloe and Nipper down the front.
