This Monkey Going Bananas Cake is a Marshmallow fondant birthday cake. The theme was jungle monkey going bananas. First tier is Zebra stripes. Second/ top tier is giraffe and the topper is jungle leaves with coconuts surrounding the birthday monkey and his many bananas.
I made this for my grandson’s 1st birthday. It served about 80 impressed guests!
