My daughter Amberlie was turning 3 and wanted a special cake for her party. She is easy to please and didn’t ask for anything in specific so I used basically what I had at home. My mother-in-law and I went to the store to get basic ingredients and then while we both scratched our heads trying to find a cute cake topper, she found a cute little horse with a little girl on top and we knew she’d love it. So after using round cake pans to bake the cake, layering it, and then frosting it, I rolled all different sizes of flowers from fondant, and placed them on the cake.
