Coolest Sponge Bob Cake

My 2 year old niece is crazy about Sponge Bob. When ever she see anything Sponge Bob she starts dancing and singing Sponge Bob Square Pants. I asked her what birthday cake she wanted for her birthday and she said Sponge Bob Square Pants. So this is what I came up with.

It is a 10 inch square double layer cake on bottom which is chocolate with chocolate ganach for the filling. The top is a 8 inch round double layer white with white ganach for the filling. I covered the cake with light blue with white swirl homemade butter cream frosting. The bubbles are mini marshmallows cut in half. The coral was piped on and so was the quids. The topper was a plastic sponge bob house and the figures were plastic both ordered from Amazon.

This is a easy cake for anyone to make. My niece was thrilled with her cake. She wanted to put her piece of cake in Spongebob’s house for him to eat. It was very funny.
