I made these with the Wilton mini bear cake pan. They are all chocolate cake crumb coated with butter cream for the elephant, penguin, monkey, bull and rabbit.
I cut off the ears and legs and the covered in fondant and shaped fondant in different places to make them look like the animal I wanted them to be. For the frog I just cut off the legs and then covered in green fondant added the legs and put the eyes up where the ears of the bear would be. For the bear I just covered in brown fondant .
