I made this baby face cake for a baby shower at the office from an idea I’d seen online. The decorations were so simple. The cake was from a box mix and I made it in two 9 inch round pans which I stacked on top of each other.
For the frosting I made a powdered sugar icing and tinted it peach with food coloring, following the instructions on the food coloring box to achieve the right color. For the piping I tinted the frosting brown. I used brown Necco wafers for the cheeks and eyes, and finished it off with a pacifier in the mouth.
