My cousin was going to have a baby shower for her daughter to be and one of my gifts to her was this cake. Basicaly its just 2 round 10 inch cakes iced with pink buttercream icing for the bottom and a 6 inch round tier stand where the bear sits. The bear was created by using a bear mold pan and piped with store bought chocolate icing. For the eyes, I piped them with a #3 tip and smoothed it out with a small popsicle stick dipped in water to flaten out the eyes. I hot glued some ribbon around the cake board and tier stand and made a small bow from the same ribbon and glued it to a toothpick and inserted on top of the bears head. I also added a small rattle decoration witch you find in the baking section at a craft store and placed it on the bears hand. You can get as creative as you want and change the colors for a boy!
