This was a Princess Castle Birthday Cake for my daughters 3rd birthday. The little Belle was made using a Belle cake topper I got online. The bottom of the dress is made using the Wilton wonder pan.
The castle is the Wilton castle. Two 8″ cakes for the bottom layer and 2 6″ cakes for the top layer. The roof of the castle was made using fondant dyed pink and rolled into balls and then flattened out to look like shingles. I glued them together using a bit of water.
The cake was iced with butter cream ( recipe at wilton.com) and the vines were piped on (the info for required tips & piping techniques can be found at wilton.com or youtube). I bought my supplies at Micheals.
