I used a square tin to make a 3 basic victoria sponge cakes, I cut one of the cakes into 4 small squares and placed int the corners. I found it easiest to use butter cream icing as it spreads much better than glace, and I don’t like the taste of roll icing (although it does look great!) I then used 4 sugar ice cream cones, coated them in watery icing sugar and rolled them in hundreds and thousands, then Jelly tots and writing icing for the flowers
