Had fun with this one. It was my first time making a rolled fondant cake. Used a rectangular pan and a small number 6 pan. Mixed two boxes of cake mix and split them between the two pans. Made marshmallow fondant a day in advance and buttercream the day of for the interior. Also crushed some chocolate bits mixed in with the buttercream for the middle of the cake for added flavor. It was surprisingly easy to do. If I had more time, I would have piped between the rectangular cake and the number as well as the bottom of the cake.
