Sweet Homemade Pink Barbie Doll Birthday Cake

I did this lovely Barbie Doll birthday cake for my pastor’s daughter. My first Barbie cake. Inside also tasted great.

First I baked the cake then turned it upside down on the board, dug a little hole in the middle. I coated it with butter icing then covered it with pink Sugarpaste. I took off the Barbie’s legs, covered it with cling film also covered the hair before pushing it through the hole.

I decorated the skirt with crimper.
