My great niece loves Barbies so I offered to make her a Barbie cake for her 3rd birthday. I went out and bought the special pan for it and used 2 cake mixes for it.
I just stuck a regular Barbie in the middle of it, I had to dig out some of the cake to stick it in. For the icing I used half canned icing and half homemade icing. I think it turned out pretty good for my first attempt at a Barbie cake and she loved it!
