I made this Barbie Birthday Cake for my daughter’s 4th Birthday! It was so much fun to make . I had to snap off the legs because my cake was too short and I froze her into place to make it easier.
I used the Pampered Chef mixing bowl to bake the skirt. Added some fun sprinkles for glam and made frosting piles for candles. I will make this cake again, but next time I will use fondant and build up the skirt with a base round cake. Live and learn.
