This Ballerina Barbie Cake was dead easy to make! I used a Dolly Varden tin with two packet mixes of a vanilla cake (I coloured this pink). When the cake is cold, use a sharp knife to make a hole in the top. Then remove the legs from your ballerina Barbie and stick her in the top.
Then I whipped up some cream and divided in half. I coloured half pink and decorated the skirt, piping the edges and decorating with gold cacous.
The “birthday cake” was the trickiest part. This was just a matchbox covered in pink paper and fixed to the Barbie with toothpicks.
