Coolest Princess Birthday Cake

I took some ideas from other brilliant cakes on this site for my Princess Birthday Cake. I used a batter bowl for the “dress” of the cake and stuck in a princess Barbie, using her real dress for embellishment on the top of the cake. I used marshmallow fondant (you can find the recipe on youtube) to cover the dress to help make the icing stick to the cake better.

Coupled with a princess birthday theme, my 5 year old was in princess heaven!
