This Homemade Barbie Doll Birthday Cake Idea is my first time to make a Barbie Doll Cake. I always only make cakes in square and round shapes. A birthday present to our friend who luckily celebrate her 50 year old birthday.
I made one recipe of chocolate cake and cooked in doll tin pan from Wilton. I prepared a butter cream Icing (Wilton’s Recipe). I colored the 2 cups of icing with yellow color. Starting to ice the cake using the spatula, after that simply pushed the doll into the cake to become a skirt of the doll and decorated it.
I was very happy when I finished my Barbie doll cake as well as my husband who always admired all my cakes. Also my friend is very thankful to me.
