My neighbor and I made this cake for our other neighbor’s 40th birthday. it is 3 layers. The bottom was made with a large round pan and that layer is choclate, the middle layer we used a regular 8 inch round pan, this cake was strawberry, and the top was made with a small 4 inch round pan with lemon cake. regular icing was used adn the middle layer was lined with pepperidge farms pirouettes. We piled on the fruit and made it cascade down the side then finished it off with a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
