I made this one for my husband for his birthday using an idea from the book Hello Cupcake, the hotdog was my own creation :)
To make the popcorn, I coloured some mini marshmallows with a few drops of yellow colouring in a sandwich bag and left the rest white. As per the instructions in the receipe, I cut each marshmallow into three and made little clover shapes. These were all stuck onto mini cupcakes and then piled into a popcorn box.
To make the hotdog, I used two value mini swiss rolls (without any chocolate covering), unrolled them and then rolled them tighter and stuck them together. I then took a cream doughnut, removed the filling and popped the mini rolls inside. The mustard and ketchup are icing piped on top.
I decided to set them in a box with a little bag of sweets, a current cinema programme and a pair of tickets.
