This Pizza Birthday Cake I made for my grandson’s pizza party birthday. I made chocolate chip cookie dough and baked in a pizza pan. Red icing all over the top. I used white icing squeezed out of plastic bag with the corner cut off for the wide strips of “mozzarella cheese”. I used colored fondant for the green peppers and pepperoni.
I used black fondant for olives (roll thin, cut out with a pastry tip and cut out inner hole with a straw. Grated white chocolate for Parmesan cheese. Fun to do and very easy.
Great idea for the grated cheese…I hadn’t thought of that!!!!
This is adorable and it sounds pretty doable…how did you form the peppers though?
