The Klayeah Cassandra Dora Birthday Cake was made for my daughter’s 3rd birthday. And it was made with Marshmallow Fondant. The base of the cake is 2 tier of white on the lower tier and chocolate on the upper with my own recipe of coconut cream filling and pineapple jam. The Dora figure is just a Dora Doll dug in a big cup cake mold with red velvet cake, which I put upside down and did some trimmings.
I dressed the Dora Doll with Marshmallow fondant. It was my masterpiece so far since I’m a newbie in cake baking. And my daughter loved it so much.
