Coolest Hello Kitty Birthday Cake

I got my inspiration for this Hello Kitty birthday cake from this site so I thought I’d post my result. It was for my friend’s 2 year old. I bought Hello Kitty cake toppers, but didn’t use them.

I traced the image of Hello Kitty on parchment with piping gel and inverted into the cake as suggested by others.

I was happy with how it turned out and so was the birthday girl, which is all that really mattered.
