This Finding Nemo cake was done for a little boy. Around the edge of the cake I used sherbet to look like sand, up the sides of the cake I put green icing to look like seaweed. I mixed a green and blue icing together loosely so that it made a marble effect for the sea.
I also made small pebbles out of icing and put them around the edge to hide the join in the cake. I made a template out of card for Nemo and cut the icing out. I was really pleased with the end result.
