My daughter loves the movie Finding Nemo and so I just had to make a Finding Nemo Birthday Cake. My plan was to make a little Nemo to just give her after blowing out the candles.
I made cupcakes and 2 sheet cakes. After frosting the sheet cakes and making layers, I began just cutting into the cup cakes to make the little Nemo on top. I did not use the bottoms, only the tops and slowly pieced everything together.
The frosting of the characters was pretty difficult but well worth the look and yells of “NEEEEMO!”
