I made a this cake for my daughters 1st birthday, we had a hello kitty theme and i wanted to do somethin different so i created this cake,i used a simple vanilla sponge cake mixture as follows:
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1.5 cups of self raising flour
0.5 cup oil
0.5 cup water
I doubled this mixture for the 1st layer and halfed this misture for the 3rd layer
for the icing a used wooden spoon margerine and icing sugar with different colours. i made shapes and a hello kitty figure out if sugar paste which i used to decorate the cake.
